Get a PCR test after entry for your corona passport

You are required to present a valid corona passport many places within Denmark. Therefore, you have to show a negative COVID-19 test, if you are not vaccinated or have previously been infected with COVID-19 and you for example visit a restaurant. COVID-19 test (PCR and rapid antigen) are free of charge for all foreigners including tourists. You are encouraged to get a PCR test shortly after entry into Denmark. You can show up at many test stations without an appointment. The test result is usually available the day after sampling and often the same day if you get the test done in the morning. It is also possible to achieve a corona passport with a rapid antigen test. A corona passport based on a PCR test is valid for 96 hours from the time of sampling whereas an rapid antigen test is only valid for 72 hours.

You can find all PCR test stations in Denmark here:

As a non-Danish citizen, you have to register on covidresults.dk before meeting up at the test centre.
